The Watermelon Spring Jazz is excited to have Polaris in the line-up of bands performing on March 8th, 2020 at The Canyon Club – Agoura Hills.
Polaris formed in honor of their friend, Davis. As a relentlessly compassionate, warm person who lived to bring people together, Davis inspired the genesis of such an atypical jazz quintet. Angela (Lead, Cello), Angelo (Drums) , Danny (Bass), Derrick (Keys), and Eric (Saxophone) are musicians, educators, and composers based in Southern California who became close friends with Davis through their love of music and will continue to celebrate him this way.
